Default Left Rear Seat Memory Switch

The left rear seat memory switch in - new to me 2016 XJL - does not light & thus will not store seat positions.
Don't know if prior owner stored any, but no seat positions can be recalled.
In addition, the left rear touch screen cannot be turned on - right rear touch screen works fine.

My first thought is to check fuses: passenger compartment F39 & F48 seemed the most likely candidates
for seat memory switch problem, but I don't have any clue about the touch screen.

Any thoughts/suggestions will be much appreciated - I really don't want to drive 4 hours to the nearest
dealer for something simple.

TIA, Joe

Hard to say Joe?
I don't think many of us have those expensive rear seat options.
I think they were mainly used for when the XJ was chauffeur driven?

Thanks clubairth1 for the reply - I'll poke around the fuses & see if I can learn anything.
Managed to find the car with only 4032 miles @ a very reasonable price - too bad
it did not include the chauffeur. However, my wife can drive & I will ride in the back
to troubleshoot - may take several trips.
