Looking at 2013 Jag XJ-L Portfolio AWD

Cheers! I am looking at a 2013 Jaguar XJ-L Portfolio AWD 3.0 Litre supercharged with 145,000 Kms (90,000 Miles). It has previously always been serviced at a Jag dealer. Is there anything in particular I should be looking for? Are there any particular trouble areas? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated
