Default Misfire

Dear friends!
I have a long v6 3.0 supercharges motor Jagaro!
One day the engine started to stutter and smoke. We replaced the spark plugs, the transformers but the problems did not go away.
Writes misfire on first cylinder, catalyst demage!
When we start there is no fault it does not smoke. When the turn slows down, it immediately starts smoking and injects the fault. Help!! I'm going crazy !!

Are the transformers the coils?
Is the smoke white?
If so you might have an injector problem.

+1 on clogged or failing injectors.

It would also be helpful to know the number of kilometres/miles on the vehicle and a little about its service history.

I don't know anything about the car's life, only that: It was American, we bought it at an auction!

It's British.

Also, I would forget the catalyst until the injectors are fixed - the injectors could be causing the catalyst error (overloading it/them with unburnt fuel).
