Well, looking on KBB for dealership prices (which tend to be the highest), that car would top out at about $27K. That would be you walking in to the dealership and them having a price on the car. So, buying it directly from a person, this is always a little less than what a dealership would charge. So, I would say high end is going to be about $25K.

KBB's value is a WAG, and not based on actual sales because there is insufficient data for 2013 XJL Ultimate model sales. This particular XJ is a rare, one-owner, low mileage, garage kept and dealer maintained top-of-the-line model in what appears to be excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition.
Only 30 Ultimate models were imported in the USA, at a MSRP of $155,875. For details, see:

The black wheels appear to be either aftermarket or refinished in black.
I expect that the seller won't take less than $35K for this unique and exceptional XJL Ultimate.
