Default New X351 Owner

Just wanted to introduce myself to this part of the forum (usually over on the X100 side). I picked up my 2013 XJ SWB 3.0 AWD today and I'm thrilled. It's Indigo over navy/London tan with the Portfolio pack, polished Toba wheels, and Wood steering wheel. 24k miles, and it's CPO.

So far the only annoyance is the start - stop in Eco mode - not really a smooth transition. But easily turned off (too bad it won't remember the setting).
The XJS will move to a new location to make room in the garage for the XJ. Land Rover up for sale soon, to be replaced with a RR Classic.
Amazing how much bigger it is compared to the X100
Overall super happy with the car, and looking forward to becoming acquainted with all of the other X351 owners.

Silverstone, welcome to the group. Like the X100 side, there is lots of good information here. If you do some looking, there are options with the Start-Stop function, but none are really "fixes" to the overall issue that people have. Sit back and enjoy the ride.

That's the color combination I would have bought if I could have found one when I was in the market. It's a beauty! Enjoy!

If you get a tune the start-stop can be turned off. For good.
