Default No sound from mobile calls

I received a call in the car yesterday, but nothing came through the speakers although I could just about hear the mobile itself in the glovebox!

I tried the various buttons on the steering wheel, but nothing helped. Making a call didn't come through them either, although the call did connect.

Maybe there is a simple answer, or should I book the car in?

If you have never experienced this particular problem before, I would delete the phone from the car, then pair it again.
