Hi All.

I have an XJL with the Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system.
I’ve just realised that the rear door speakers on both sides aren’t working.
The subs are working and get something from the tweeters on the back shelf.
I’ve replace the Amp in the boot (with same part numbers) but it made no difference.
I’ve yet to take the door panels off but is there anything else worth looking at?

Just dumb question: Have you check the fader (Front-Rear) balance from head unit?

 

yes, that’s how I found the problem. Also reset the Rear Entertainment System in case that was turned off.
