Lately whether I play music on my iPhone thru Bluetooth, or my download CDs, or even the radio I here a static noise or white noise coming from the center speaker, it's annoying.
I have the 2011 xjl. Anyone have a radio issue like this?

This happened twice with my 2009 XF, so I recognized the problem when it occurred with my XJ. As you've described it, the noise sounds like static, but should go away if the parking aid sound is activated (at least, that was my experience).

The issue resolved itself by the following day and hasn't resurfaced since, but as I recall, others have mentioned this problem (about 18 months ago), and I believe there is a service or technical bulletin regarding this issue. I haven't pursued a remedy since it has not happened again in my case.
