Okay, batting a 1000, Any suggestions on why the rear screen does not function other than faulty. Some hidden switch?

 

Not absolutely sure but check drivers door the "rear seat electronics cutt off switch".

 

Very common due to lack of use. Might try to pull up on it while a second person cycles the switch. Does it make any noise?
If you have the rear or side window sun shades please operate them every once in a while. That seems to be the best way to keep them working.
