Registration of new owner from original owner
Has anyone been successful in transferring new ownership from the original owner to the new owner with Jaguar.com? We recently purchased a 2014 XJ. Jaguar's Customer Relationship Center advised us to contact: newowner@jaguarlandrover.com but after several attempts it's been an impossible task.
Any recommendations will be most appreciated.

My dealer did it for me..... the 3rd time I visited said it still not only did not list me as the owner but listed the original dealer as the owner not even the first purchaser. Go to your dealer and let them do it.

Thank you JagGate for confirming what I suspected.
Looks like our friends with Jaguarlandrover.com need to fix their link to help new owners... I seems you got further along with this process than I did so it looks like I'll have to pay a visit to my Jaguar dealer and ask them to do this for me.
