Within the last few months on my 2019 XJ L - Collection, when scrolling through my presets using the steering wheel controls, it stops scrolling at the last preset, vs wrapping to the 1st preset channel. It only happens on the media source SiriusXM Radio. My FM channels scroll & wrap just fine. I tried contacting SXM, and they did basic troubleshooting, even sent me to Tier 2 support, but in the end no luck, and said I should contact my local dealer.
Anyone else ever experienced this, and if so, how did you remedy?

 

I have a different Sirius problem. I get intermittent distortion. I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced this. I do most of my driving in the West side of LA.
