Serpentine Belt Length 3.0 V6
Hi there,
I needed to replace the Serpentine Belt on my 2016 XJ L with the 3.0 V6 engine, although I believe both engines have the same Serpentine Belt.
I ordered a generic replacement which almost all the databases show is a 6K935 (2375), 93.5" long or 2375mm. It does not fit, in fact I can barely get it over most of the pulleys with the tensioner at full slack, let alone all!
Looking up the Jaguar part, it appears to be part number C2D61182, superseded by T2R10142 which is a Continental 6K2460. 2460mm is 96.85". So it seems like the parts databases may be off.
I've ordered a Bando 6K2460 to see if that fits and will report back.
Has anyone else had a challenge like this?

Thanks @JoshMcMadMac , confirmed the same experience here. I just tried the
and it was an easy replacement.
Be aware that the common replacement parts databases all seem to recommend the incorrect size. When purchased the correct belt on Amazon, it warned me that it would not fit. Looks like Amazon, Autozone, Advance and Napa are all saying the same thing. FCP Euro do not list one, I wonder if that is why?

This is very helpful - thank you. What other belts should one consider replacing when doing that belt?
I have researched these two belts are the two belts normally replaced (Serpentine and Auxiliary): - am I correct?

https://parts.harperjaguar.com/oem-p...-belt-c2d39175
What other belts and parts would be prudent to get before taking it all apart to install these two belts? (I am at 60,000 miles now). 3.0 litre S/C....
Thanks !
