Default Styling

I have a 99 XKR and was thinking of buying an XJ as a family car, so much more room in the back. The newer models are better built and more reliable but I hate the styling of the newer XJ's. My humble opinion is that the 2005/6 XJ is where they really hit the sweet spot, they are so lovely and you can get a good 4.2 NA one for 7k now. What are the things I should be aware of. Thanks guys

Yes try the correct forum and with that car I hope you are an expert in the air suspension. That's a major and hugely expensive area that will fail. Many, many of those series XJ now have the steel spring swap because of that.
