Default tire replacement recommendation

I have a 2016 XJ-L AWD with 20,000 miles and 19" tires. The car sits from mid May to mid October. I have been getting a shimmy you can feel in the seat from 65 to 75 MPH. I have had the tires rebalanced and it is still doing it. I am wondering if it is flat spots in tire from sitting. If I decide to replace the tires what tires have other owners used ?

Have used Michelin Pilot Sport AS3+ and currently have Bridgestone RE980 AS on my 2015 XJL AWD. The Michelins rode good, handled good and were good in the rain. I never got a chance to drive in the snow with them. I was not happy with the fact that they only lasted 22,0miles. The Bridgestones handle better as they seem to have a stiffer sidewall but they ride hard initially when it is cold but when they warm up they ride well and they are good in the rain. They seem to be wearing better than the Michelins. Currently have about 9,000 miles on them

im currently riding on Michelin Pilot Sport AS3+ after starting with Conti DWS06.....i really like the Michelins, comfortable ride...not as stiff of a sidewall (which helped with my RoadForce issue)

If I had a car sitting for that length of time then I would certainly be putting up the pressure in the tyres.
I had some cars sat idle through the worst of the Covid, they were laid up for three months so all the tyres were upped to about 48 to 50 psi.
This helps to reduce the possibility of flatspots.
I help a friend with some of his cars, he puts four away in storage for the winter from October to March, we always pump the tyres up on those.

If you are going to consistently have the car parked for that period of time, I'd inflate the tires to 42 PSI, during that time. I store our XJ for the winter, and that's what I do. I also slip (3) 12"x12" pieces of old carpet under each tire.In your situation, I'd also consider a less costly tire, as you might be prone to "aging out" the tires, rather than wearing them out, so why spend a lot of money for top shelf tires that will need replacement every several years.....
