You have the rear arms lifting in the wrong place.
See my picture below. Note the arrows cast into the body plastic. These MUST be followed!

The arrows are on the front and rear and both sides of the car. So all 4 lifting points can be located.
I could not find them the first time I looked either! I was surprised when I did! They are kinda rolled under the edge so easy to miss.

I may be wrong here, but shouldn't the rear one's be a little further under the car on the flat plate that is there. It seems to me that there was also a flat place up front also for the puck to sit in, not so much sit on the welded seam. I know I lifted my XJ from these flat points numerous times and I found if I went anywhere else, some piece of sheet metal would bend.

You are correct. The arrows indicate the rear lift point should be rearward of the mud flap piece. If I could, I would delete these pics as to not mislead anyone.
That said, the seam thickness seems equally thick immediately fore and aft of the flap. I'm not sure about lifting from the adjacent flat sections.

I enjoy the way you craft such a subtle and tactful correction, with the approach of a respectful question, but the confidence that merits finishing with a period instead of a question mark.
I don't know if I've seen a better (correct in this case) way suggested as gracefully that I can recall.
With the class befitting a Jaguar XJ owner.

12jagmark, honestly, I wasn't sure. I know that some of the jacks specifically state to use the pinched/welded seam, but then, the jack has a special piece on it that fits on to that specific spot. Where, a 4 post, it has the pucks that are meant to be on a larger support surface. Hence why I use the larger flat surfaces with my 3.5 ton high lift jack. It has the large pucks like a 2 post lift has.
