Default USB Music

Hi folks, I have a quick question.
When playing music from a USB stick is there any way to get the tracks to play in their proper order (by track number) as opposed to in alphabetical order.
I will get all this stuff sorted out eventually, but its just a lot more fun driving the thing than searching through menus

I too would LOVE to know how to fix this. Irritating as hell.

You have to rename song files with adding number of the song at the front of the title. For example: instead the song file name "I love you" you should write as "01 - I love you"

I was hoping there was some way to set up play preference for USB music - alas, mine completely ignores names and will only play music by date. At least I can speed scroll down 100+ albums to play the latest entries.

I'd thought about that, but the time it would take to rename all the songs put me off that option. I just thought it would be a pretty basic option for them to provide.

Yeah, one would "think" that, but it's the British and Indian engineers developing the system for the car. Not terribly surprised it's all a mess.
