2016 XJ R Sport....cannot voice text via Apple iPhone X. I can make phone calls using the button on the steering wheel and used to be able to voice text but cannot anymore

I have the same problem with my 2017 XJLSC. Using an iphone X and I can not voice text but all of the other voice functions are working properly. I have gone through the owners manual and I can't find anything that addresses the problem.
