I just brought my XF in for service. They gave me a base model XJ as a loaner. the last time I brought it in, they didn't have anymore loners and I got stuck with an Avalon from the Toyota dealership that they rent from to fill the void. Since the Jag dealership in town also sells Ferarris and Maseratis, I wonder if the Maserati guys get to drive Maseratis as loaners or if they get a Jag as well? I'm pretty sure the Ferarri guys usually don't ask for loaners. they probably get their cars picked up and dropped off since 90% of Ferarris are not daily driven.

 

On another note, my business partner gets a Rolls Royce Phantom when he drops his 2014 Aventador in for service.

I have been given Chevys, Toyotas. I have complained many times, but it doesn't stop them from giving me these dirty eco cars.

Sometimes i force myself into thinking it's okay and then when i bring the Mercedes in for Service, it makes Jaguar look so much less.
