Hello everybody! My name is Jorge, I'm from Portugal (Coimbra) and I recently bought a 2013 Jaguar XJ (x351) 3.0D. Thank you for accepting me on this forum. I bought this car and it was damaged on the front right side. I managed to buy all the used parts but now I'm faced with electronic problems that don't allow me to start the car (I haven't seen it working yet... I know... I shouldn't have gotten involved in this... but it was a dream ( or a nightmare) come true!). The diagnosis carried out reveals an error in the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) U0402-00 and the TCM (Transmission Control Module) P1707-72. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this? There is any kind of fuse or security system that need to be clean/reprogram after any impact? Thanks in advance. Best regards
Welcome to the forum.
First my mind come collision shutdown system, what is eletrically controlled instead of inertia relay. As far i know an factory diag tool SDD is needed for a reset?
There are few members on this forum who have been salvaged collision x351, so they might have direct ansver?
