95 xj12 price?
Hi everyone,
I have been looking at a few xj12's online and found a 95 xj12 with 37k miles, I was wondering what a fair buying price would be? Looks to be in great condition.

The market is very low on these cars....especially considering how much car you get for the money :-).
I'm guessing a price range of $3000 (fair/average example) to $6000 (ultra nice example)

A lot depends on the overall condition, service history is a must, in the UK they vary from 1000 -- 8000 UK pounds for the same year. consider the running & service costs also to keep it in top condition. I am new here but have taken to my V12 Daimler & love to drive it as much as I can...every other day. Repairs can be expensive but the V 12 is a reliable engine, the electrics may be dodgy though.

I picked mine up very cheaply, but am paying for it in repairs.
Personally, unless it's either
A.) very low miles
or
B.) great service history
I'd just look for the cheapest good condition one as you should plan on going over the car thoroughly. They will all need shocks, various bushings, and likely power steering attention soon. The electricals are very complex, so if anything is awry be wary or be prepared to chase wiring for several weekends on end. Luckily it's seems to be ancillaries (light processor modules etc.) as the ECM is stout.
