BaT white xj12
Underhood pad, both underhood fender covers, and throttle spindle bushes MIA. Alarm sounder inop (or missing?). Demo driver didn't seem willing to press into the kickdown switch or approach redline. Maybe it was too wet and cold to wring it out.
Car Wizard now has a 95 BRG.

The current BaT offering has new kyb front shocks. That says a lot about how seriously they took the car. These are great cars but 300+ hp and dodgy tires, cooling and fuel lines will not end well.
I think it got pretty healthy money for its condition. Remember that blue one got $23k on BaT, although it was low mileage and done up real nicely. Still, 23k? No.
This white one has the same case of the missing VIN label from the door as mine! What a strange occurrence, why would anyone do that. They are not exactly easy to remove either. A while back I photoshopped a new one but couldn't figure out how to print it correctly.
I do have a theory: At the end of the 14 year warranty, when the dealer was required to give the car one more free oil change per the EPA settlement, the dealer ripped the sticker off the car in anger!! After all, they needed a record of the VIN.

Hmm, looks familiar. Notice the gold jaguar logo on the grille, shouldn't be gold for 96. Makes me think about a car here in PA I was looking and and was discussed here:

Same car? That one had some issues and would have needed some serious refurb if you ask me! Probably just a coincidence, but two white XJ12 LWB in Pittsburgh for sale one after the other?
Edit: On second search, looks like they are probably different cars, and I forget the VIN of the mystery 95 car in the thread anyway. Just found this interesting.
