THANK YOU Oliver. I remember doing something like this with my green car a while ago. I think I used flat washers, it is hard to recall. I do remember how the door's sheet metal was worn and torn to the point of destruction.

I'm sorry I did not document any of that, but now you have done it very well in addition to the 12 hours spent on the repair! THANKS.

It's probably about 3 hours if you follow this method...I live and learn...
