Default 04 jx lug nuts

Ok, I hope this helps.
The OEM lug nuts on my 2004 XJR are junk.
Caps came off some but not others....
Looking to replace them at the dealer WOW list for $18 each.
(and still junk)
So, looking for just good old chrome lug nuts.
I found (of all things) toyota use about the same thing.
They do not have the extra washer but still work great.
They list for $5.12 ea.
Look great and better made. Just get your self a new wrench for your trunk to fit the new lugs. I got a Toyota one. Again the wrench is better also.
The part number for the Toyota lugs 90942-01083.
Good Luck!!!!

I replaced all of mine with ones from a Mitsubishi Outlander. They do have the washer and are solid chromed steel. Only difference is the nut size is slightly larger but since the jag tire tool is crap as well I bought a better one in the correct size. I think they look way better than the jag ones. They fill the hole up better on the wheel, are not quite as tall, and have a round crown instead of flat. I can take a pic of anyone is interested in seeing them up close.

Mistubishi sells them for about $5, but I got two sets of new ones on ebay for $30 from this seller. Right after that he raised his price up 4 times higher.

Good info. I have a set of winter tires mounted on after market rims; you can imagine the hell I went through the first time I tried to take the stock rims off the car. First I bent the factory supplied tire iron. I can't believe that it's actually hollow! Then after I bought a new tire iron (the guy at AutoZone laughed at me) I stripped one of the lug nuts and had to have the dealer replace the post - $50. The caps bent on several others. The factory lug nuts are the worst I've seen. I now use the ones that came with the after market rims from TireRack.

Seems to be a common problem:
