Anyone know how to remove B Pillar? Material got wet and shrank, need to replace.

I assume you mean the internal trim. I'll have a look on my JTIS disc tonight to see if there is a procedure for this in it.

 

Any luck? I bought one of those discs once but wouldn't run (Needed XP, haven't had that for a long time, couldn't find anything current)

OK, its here on my PC upstairs running XP !

Like all these trim things, its a PITA !. First off, you take off the Scuff plate trim panel, a black plastic panel on the bottom of the door shut, (not the chome piece with 'Jaguar' on it). From the JTIS pic, one lifts it up from the front.
Then you need to remove the lower B-post trim - (1) detach front and rear weather strip - pic shows a pull, there is no text (2) pull off the lower trim panel
Then remove the upper trim - (1) as per lower detach front and rear weather strip. (2) Remove seat belt cover on front seat (2) unbolt seat belt (3) Remove upper trim. You feed seat belt through its slot, then tie it up to to something.

Fraser, download windows xp mode from microsoft
Download Windows XP Mode

This is free virtual machine for Win7 on.
Once you install add your XP apps.
You can now turn on seamless mode and add the icons from XP to your desktop
In seamless mode you wont see XP at all
