Default 05 XJR Rear Sunshade

While the overhead switch to operate the rear sunshade, the shade does not exit out of it's stowed position. There is an audible clicking and some slight movement of the shade but no proper operation.
Does anyone have an idea about a possible jamming situation or some other cause?

I have had this problem a time or two on mine. Rocking the switch back and forth a few times got it going for me.

Jackjohn, thanks for the tip. I love solutions like that and I'll give it a whirl very soon.
Have a Happy New Year.

Usually I have to pull them up slightly and then they work fine. Dont ask me why they stick, but its not a common or frequent oocurance
