Hi I'm new to the forum. I have a 2003 XJ6 that has gone into restricted performance mode after the DSC and Gearbox failure lights came on the dash. This car has a history of the warning lights coming on when there is actually not any faults. Main dealer says there may be a wiring problem after it went in for a air con service.Yesterday after the lights came on there is a thump sound when I put the car into drive or rev. Please can anyone suggest what the fault may be? Thank you.
