engine swaps do not get any easier than this, every thing was really just bolt on except driveshaft which came out great! it starts and runs now, i have to figure out cooling system and details, exhaust will work with this motor so it'll be quiet as ever till i open my electric dumps. heres a short video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8Vk...ature=youtu.be

oh yea and heres my driveshaft, just a turbo 400 slip yoke inside a factory jaguar shaft, it fits well but had to build a shim to center the shaft so its all true, easy as can be but id imagine it will need balanced in the future.

alright problem solved, this is a long snout pump and it barely clears with some fudging getting the rad to move foward, ill get a shorty pump and have almost an inch clearance, so now ive got a radiator

its tight but it seems to work

waiting on my alternator bracket and gm 1 wire alt, i want it clean and simple. also waiting on after market cooling fans for the front of the radiator, the factory fans will not fit.sadly

all the wires you will need with this drivetrain, i have to tidy it all up better than this though.

this carbed fuel pump works great but i had to take out the fuel pump in the tank and run a pipe where the pump goes, also had to take out the check valve so it would pull though, simple enough.

factory shifter has no chance of working, it will have to have a after market mounted in place of where the original one goes.

and now for the interior gauges. hope to locate a gps speedometer same size as factory speedo and a nice after market tac, it will be nice to eliminate these warning lights, electric exhaust dumps are due in next week, it will run into the factory exhaust and be crazy quiet. got my street strip drag radials on it, 10 hard launches and so far this rear end is holding up fine. these nitto nt05s hook really well, 650 ft lbs feels like it would snap my neck off if it wasnt planted into the head rest. lol

good looking 20's i should have gone with a 275 though. these nittos hold this hp quite well, surprised rear end hasn't given out, still cant give it full throttle on launch but almost on a hot day when these grip, oh and by the way this thing is crazy high geared, at 80 its only reving 1800 rpm lol, this 3000 stall converter sure helps get that power to the ground.

Default been awhile since i have posted

2000 miles now, this rear end will not die, lol raced a 1000 hp ctsv and of course didnt win but got him on takeoff for aways. i got my electric exhaust dumps installed and summit cooling fan controller, kicks on at 195 and off at 175, surprised this dosnt overheat. with the dumps closed it sounds almost stock except a very quiet lope at idle. the factory exhaust must not be very restrictive, i see no power decrease until 3500 rpm with the dumps closed, its very quiet until the dumps open.
