New to Jaguar but have been interested for a while. My grandfather had several of them in the 60s and I remember playing in the back with the picnic tables. Finally found a car in Boston last weekend with all the right qualities. Its a Super V8, Racing Green with Champagne interior and 106,000 miles. It's had 5 owners and seems to have been babied for the first 3 owners and treated indifferently by the last 2. But that's quite perfect. I can't see myself gingerly tooling about in a flawless "garage queen". My car shows it's age (beautifully) and I plan to use it every day (except when it snows) and let the family enjoy it as well. I'm sure I will be needing help as things fail so I really appreciate the community available on these forums. My most immediate problems are fixing the horn so I can clear inspection, and having another key made.
