Did a rookie mistake, order a set of (4) lug nuts from AutoZone. Their books stated the OEM part is a 1/2 in with 1/20 threads for my 2005 Vanden Plas.
As you can see from the Pic, threads are to small and wrong nut style.

I went to a hardware store and found the thread and bolt size for the lug nut. It fits on a metric M12 with 1.50 threads (M12-1.50).
My question is: Who or how do I order this lug nut from?? Much appreciate it.

I bought matching lock nuts so I only carry one wrench.
The danger of someone over tightening the OEM lug nuts and then having to "drill out" the lug nut is not worth it.
When I bought my XJR that is what happened to me as the non Jag dealers mechanic over tightened the lug nuts after he put in new brake pads.
Spent half a day in another shop getting just one lug nut off.
Actually just remembered the car did not have locking lug nuts.
a 3/4" metal hole saw cut through the lug nut down to the washer(spray lots of lube as you go) and then you can take the remaining piece by hand. no damage to wheel and takes about 5-10 minutes.

The correct lugnuts are M12x1.5 with shoulder washers. Also called Mag style.
The Amazon and eBay links are not the correct lugnuts. The Amazon is wrong size and eBay is an acorn shoulder.
I was in Advance Auto Parts this weekend and they had multiple packages of the correct lugnuts. Priced from 28.00 - 49.00 for a pack of 20.
Measured my originals against the Gorilla with a micrometer to make sure.
I went with the Toyota recommendation 3 years ago and they were way off for my 19" wheels btw.
I missed yours. The acorn lugnuts are not the correct shoulder. No offense.
The Amazon looks correct but Amazon has my "garage" stored. Showed they would not fit a x350 XJ. Did link to ones that fit at 28.00 for a set of 20.00.
That was one of the first things I did when I purchased my car. Bought a cheap breaker bar, deep socket and a set of the Gorilla lug nuts. The breaker bar and socket set on top of the spare inside some black foam pipe insulation.

I went through over half a dozen different lugs from various manufacturers, and the listing I posted is a correct fitment, and actually the best of all that I compared. From plunge depth, to thread engagement, shoulder wheel depth, seat washer thickness and diameter, to quality of thread machining to chrome finish. They were the beefiest of them all, heat treated and triple chrome finished. And while the socket size is 21mm rather than 19mm, that is not a bad thing. Amazon's fitment guide, while I appreciate their efforts, is not the end all to fitment. You can read the comments of other Jag owners since my original posts recommending them back in 2015 at Amazon. Here is the lug I posted on my XJ8, and they have over 2 years of road service... No issues with chrome finish, which is a primary complaint of the Dorman and Gorilla lugs, and heavier than both.
I may need to order a set. The 20.00 special I am running are less than 2 years old and rusting.
My wife's Sequoia has lugs that fit. It is 9 years old and no rust. I thought I was ordering Toyota lugs when buying these.
I chunked the Jaguar lugs. The cap was loose on several and did not want to fight them later one.
Changing the size may be a problem. Have not used the lug wrench in the trunk. But if there is a problem it will be a deal killer. Is there a 21 mm wrench that fits the tire changing kit?

Gorilla does have a collapsing wrench, and well built. I have a 1/2 torque wrench and socket in a leather bag that I have in the boot dedicated for wheels.
I have a 2004 XJR and want to do away with the plastic covered lugs as well,....., will these recommendations fit my needs, ...., stock setup

Look at my post #2. These lug nuts fit the 19 inch Aluminum wheels.
The Toyota ones do not. Its about the shaft and washer sizes as the Aluminum wheels are supported by the clamping pressure of the washer against the Aluminum area around the hole and not having an appreciable "gap" around the shaft.
I did a lot of research on this in 2014 as the Toyota ones recommended back then simply did not measure up.
The other measurements are also important but not the only ones.
I also have an extendable collapsing wrench with a 21 mm socket.
Torque is important at 92 Ft lbs.

Are there any one piece lugnuts that do not rust? The ones on my wife's Sequoia have not rusted. Reading the reviews of DPA, Gorilla, and all the others the low star reviews are usually due to rust issues. Some cheap ones are degraded due to wobbling in the lugs which is scary.
The junk I have fit okay, just rusting on edges. They are 19mm. 20.00 including shipping for 20 M12x1.5 Mag Seat lug nuts should have been a clue.
Personally I don't know why people don't like the PEM lugs. I literally remove and install 1000's a year and never have a issue. I don't use a 19mm on the 19mm. I use a 3/4" very slightly larger, they don't round corners(shops using a larger wrong size socket does that ) and the lugs do not stick in the socket.
I have several new OEM sets for $50, or $5ea for those that have been bitten by tire shop people spinning the lugs with the wrong socket before they realize they got the wrong socket....
