Front headreast removal:

Lean the seat back slightly. Using the switch pack, raise headrest to its upper limit. Then you just kung fu grip it and pull. They are tight, but they will come out.

When reinstalling, push down until it clicks into motor, then use switch pack to lower it down.

 

My headrest doesn't move and it just pulls out without any resistance.... Any idea what should be my next step?
