The number I got from The Jaguar Heritage for the X358 XJR production was 613, so the Super V8 is definitely the rarer cat.

What was the total number for the X358 Super V8?

Any breakdown available on # that went to the various global markets (USA, Canada...etc.)?

I'm most interested in Canada in particular as you never see X358 Super V8's here. That two-year model run makes then extremely few and far between.

I think the X358 XJR has a thicker leather steering wheel than any other model. It is not heated which is a minus here. Am I right?

The 'Sports' leather steering wheel X350 & X358 is thicker, but never heated.
The 1/2 and fully wooden were thinner, but heated as a option.

Once you get a heated steering wheel, you can never not have one again!

I swapped fully wooden heated to sport not heated. I don't want go back

ЗЫ partially due to severe fading under the sun.. wheel became light sand color in upper section being originally dark brown as the rest veneer and in sections not exposed to the sun.

Hello all,

I truly do love the 2008-2009 Jaguar XJR and Super V8 portfolio and was in the market for one and wanted to get some of you people's advice on what to look out for and your opinions on my pursuit.

Default 2006 Super V8 Right hand drive

Can anyone confirm how many 2006 Jaguar Super V8 were manufactured with a breakdown of righthand drive models

I own a right-hand drive 2006 Super V8 which is fully loaded and I am just wondering how rare this car is.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Hi RoonieQ,
Mine is a 2008 Super V8, ex Japan, so is RHD. I think by 2008 the Super V8 was not a listed model. They were still available, of course, but had to be specially ordered. The 'dealer vehicle enquiry' or build sheet referenced to the VIN is usually very interesting. There are a few others like mine here in New Zealand, but probably not more than 10, almost all from Japan.
