Have had the balljoints and wishbones replaced - but still hear a "creaking" sound from the front end. Occurs when turning and going over bumps (think speedbump). Also - front end seems a bit "swimmy" but that might be ME getting accustomed to the variable-speed steering.

Ideas?

 

take in for alignment Just the usual, the front control arms, upper and lower. Sway bar bushings and links. The inner and outer tie rod ends. Also the bushings in the end of the shocks. If all that is good(a miracle) then check the subframe bushings. The subframe front and rear were the only items in good shape.
