OBD codes indicated fuel pump, ox sensors all changed with new. Got problem down to where if I short a relay on the rear fuse box by battery it will start and run fine. It appears something is not kicking off relay. Problem started with this being an intermittent problem and slowly progressed to not starting at all. Once it starts it runs fine.

 

Also, rear fuse box replaced.
