It looks like it just remembers previous addresses:

DESTINATION ENTRY VIA PREVIOUS
1. From the main Navigation menu, select Previous.

2. Select any destination from the displayed list. The fine-tune map is displayed.

3. If you need to fine-tune the location, touch the arrows to move the target icon.

4. When you are ready to start the route calculation, select Destination.

5. To start guidance, select GO.

Putting an address in in the first place seems reasonably straightforward as well:

Setting a destination address
1. From the navigation MENU screen, select either Address or Postcode.

2. A keyboard will be displayed.

3. With Address selected, enter the town name. If there is a choice of same name towns, select from the displayed list. Now enter the address
details. Again a list will be displayed. Select from the list to confirm.
With Postcode selected, use the keyboard to enter a postcode. Use the long spacebar to enter any required spaces.
NOTE: Postcode entry is available only in western Europe.

4. When entry is complete, touch OK. If required, fine tuning can be made with the target arrows. When you are ready to start route calculation,
touch Destination.

5. The screen displays Route 1. To view alternative routes touch 3 Route. To use an alternative route, touch one of the selections.

6. Touch GO to commence guidance.

Thank you for detail instruction.

Will it get address book after we do software update? I have never seen a nav that doesn't have any address book
