Default ACM Issue

An odd problem has popped up when playing my ipod through the ACM. When I restart the car, its no longer set to the ACM function, where I left it before shutting down. It automatically starts on AM radio, and I have to press the function cycle button on the steering wheel just once to get it back to the ACM. It never did this before. Always used to restart right where I left it. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Does it have anything to do with if your ipod is connected when you start the car or not? I know everytime the 'function' is changed on the emulator screen, it changes to the AM/FM mode, and I have to hit the CDC button again.

Now, I'm using the USB almost 100% of the time...and it always starts up there when I turn the car on .

If it still bugs ya, hit the reset button (tiny hole in the switch) and see if that helps.

I've always left the ipod connected to the car, and only recently has this issue developed. I hadn't thought of the reset button though, I'll give that a shot. Thanks!

I have the same problem only mine goes to my last listened to FM radio station little bit frustrating especially when you where listening to the Ipod fairly loud on a soft bit of music and you get in the car and the radio starts screaming my instant reflex now is hand on volume knob as soon as I start the car (LOL )
If anyone knows how to get it so it stays on the I pod would be nice

Also, make sure you have the latest firmware too.
