air hissing right rear

Default air hissing right rear

Jacking up rt. rear, hear air escaping. Is this normal?

Yes. The car detects that you are jacking it and does some suspension wizardry.

Leaking from the rear strut, not the pump outlet. I'm thinking worn bladder, already ordered replacement. Lastly, 130 thousand on believed original rear struts. Would love to hear more however on George Westinghouse's wizardry. Trying RMT for rebuilds.

Trial on that heavy lower strut bolt. Soaked it overnight, replayed, shocked w a hammer, finally used a long breaker bar. Came loose right away, easy peaty. Also, you can hear air leaking in/out of bladder. Piece of cake.
