Default Air suspension

Hi there everyone just joined forum as I'm looking for some information if possible. I have just had a brand new air compressor fitted to my jaguar xj350 premium sport by an independent jaguar specialist..I went for an update after work this evening and was told that compressor working and air getting to all for legs bur car was not raising up he mentioned something about 12 volts and that it should be only 5 volts...now I'm not questioning his expertise at all just wondering if anyone knows what next step might be and any costs involved

It may be in jacking mode-drive it around for up to 20 mins.

Mine starts as soon as it starts to move, if not when the wheels are back on the ground.
When the yellow warning lite is on, the compressor does not wait until your moving at 25 mph.
Mine will usually start running, when the load, is put back onto the suspension, with the trans in park.

I can't offer you much information on the air suspension fault, but what I can do is to offer you some very good advice. Just convert that trouble prone air suspension over to Arnott coil/springs, and you'll never look back.
