Air Suspension & ECATS System Summary: Components & Operation
You probably know this; the manual is not available:
I did download a PDF version but it did not show the instructions for replacing the end connector (https://www.ebay.com/itm/205725295025) on the solenoid valve block. It showed how to replace the valve block but they assumed that the air lines and connectors would simply be transferred to the new vale block. There are NO details on replacing just the end connector.
I am having a REAL hard time with the water and soap test since the leak is SO slow; taking 3-5 days to show LOW VEHICLE (no codes)
Any suggestions?
I see zero bubbles where the air line goes into the top of the left rear strut and it was tightened 1/16 of a turn as well, so I am assuming that the leak is at the valve block because I read on here that is a very common problem.
It is a long shot but a trip to the dealer starts at $170 plus an hour trip there.
Any and all help is much appreciated!
Sincerely, Ruth
Something appears to be missing…
The key you provided for file access was invalid. This is usually caused because the file is no longer stored on MediaFire. This occurs when the file is removed by the originating user or MediaFire.I did download a PDF version but it did not show the instructions for replacing the end connector (https://www.ebay.com/itm/205725295025) on the solenoid valve block. Unfortunately, due to decisions made by personnel of Internet Brands, we have lost our paid MediaFire account where many of these valuable reference files were stored.
It would help to have more detail on your problem. Is the left rear corner lowering more than the other corners? Is that why you tightened the fitting 1/16th turn?
Any other details may be helpful. Do you have a way of scanning the Jaguar proprietary suspension-related diagnostic trouble codes?
Cheers,
Don
