Default Air suspension issue 2004 XJR

Right side appears to be at max height, left side appears normal. When the fault message appeared the right rear was almost bottomed out. Later in the day is when it went the other way. Compressor is working but control of ride height has failed. Any ideas on what may be the problem?

Did this just start or has it been an ongoing problem? Are you able to read the codes? That information and the full text of the fault messages would be helpful. Also, is the car parked on a flat surface? If it is parked on an incline it will 'wake up' at regular intervals and try to level itself if it is working properly.

The Sticky at the top of this forum relating to suspension is an invaluable resource to start off with. You may browse it then post questions regarding more specific components regarding the rear suspension. There is help here but you can spend hours reading to see if others have traveled down your path before and found a solution. You may well need a code reader that displays chassis codes (C0###) to sort out your issue however a lot can be done with a multi-meter and the Chassis Handbook.
