Hi from the uk when i switch on my ignition the battery light comes on briefly then goes off the rest of the lights then go off once started have checked it with another of same year and it's the same but when posted on uk site a members car is different his one the battery light stays on and the rest goes out then the battery light goes out once started so not sure which one is right my car is a07 xjr thanks for any help

I have never paid attention to the sequence of events.
What is important is that all lights go off. Maybe the time lags may be slightly different due to different components supplies...
I will take care to observe the sequence next time.
