I just looked at my new XJ6 Sport arrival and realised it has polished stainless steel exhaust trims, so I went out and cleaned off 7 years of road dirt, and gave them a good polish.

They get to you like that, these Jaguars, y'know !

You might be mad, but if the Jaguar caused it, you have a good excuse!!

Hello Fraser - Glad the car is yours. I am looking forward to seeing it in pics. Pics of the engine compartment too, please, as we over here do not get to see the 6.

When I get a sunny day at the weekend (sometime never here in the UK !!), I'll take some pics and post. Anything I need to know to post up pics ? I use a multi-mega pixel Canon.

Just keep an eye on the size of the final file, use your small JPG, fine resolution setting in camera (so you don't have to resize it on the computer), that should be fine for uploading to the forum server via 'attachment'.

Fraser,

I might not be able to wait for a sunny day where you are...I'm older...
