We recently purchased an 05' XJ8 VDP and are unimpressed with the headlights. They're fine, but not as good as expected. it has the standard, non-projector type lenses, and the way they hit the road is asymmetrical, is that normal? they are adjusted level but both look like they taper to the left. is there a second adjustment screw?

also, is there a conversion available for the projector style lights? or for the price are we better off with some decent replacement bulbs?

 

Halogen bulbs do age. And, a proper aiming does wonders.
