Hi, Has anyone been able to integrate their iPhones into a 2003 XJ8?

I have looked at Apple CarPlay but have been told that there are no facia kits that will fit the curved edge at the top of the touch screen display console.

Anyway know of any other way I can do this?

I am looking for the same question but for 2002 XJ Sport. Are there anybody upgraded their radio to a Carplay compatible one?
