Thought there was a lifetime warratee on Arnott air springs. My supplier having difficulty finding. What is your experience?

 

"I could be wrong..." But IIRC, Arnott only offered that 'briefly', not on all products, and quite a while ago, before returning to 'conventional' warranty coverage.

 

Seems they have changed the warranty beginning March 2023. If you purchased before that date I would contact Arnott directly. You would need to have the original purchase receipt.

That also might not be transferable if the car they were installed on is sold. Don't know that for sure, but I've seen it happen with other lifetime warrantees. I had to have my father-in-law take a car I bought from him in for an alignment because they wouldn't do it for me. They found the car covered with a lifetime alignment on the computer, but I wasn't him, so... too bad so sad.

 

Parts purchased before 7/1/23 are lifetime. After that 24 months. Must be the original purchaser.
