Using IDS/SDD (both 125 and 138) diagnosing the air suspension sensors and ranges of the input signals I am not able to complete a height calibration. I am using a diagnostic power supply set at 13.8 VDC and have a green icon for battery supply.
I get the errors in the photo after going through the calibration sequences. It seems this is the root problem and may indicate a bad module. I need to know how to verify the module is indeed bad without playing easter egg swap of modules.
Using the dynamic real time data stream I can make each sensor operate its full range, so wiring is intact, pinpoint tests shows no shorts or opens in the wiring. I was once going to replace all the sensors, but I think a flakey AGM battery may have caused a module failure.
I can get and reset the individual DTS's using IDS / SDD, My question is using IDS SDD, how do I get into the guts of the module to see if there are internal faults that cannot be displayed using the DTC monitor? What exactly are 0x9221 and 0x9222 telling me?
Anyone have a compatible replacement ASM they do not need?
