Bad Audio/Phone/Navigation power feed

Bad Audio/Phone/Navigation power feed
Has anyone ever had a bad phone module, Navigation DVD drive, Audio head unit go bad and short out the #20 fuse. This shuts down the speakers from playing anything. The screen shows everything is playing including the CD player but no sound. I have read the phone module or Navigation DVD drive is notorious for shorting internally.
