From Andy, installed compressor rebuild kit, piston ring, new cylinder, springs, o rings, hardware, cable ties, instructions in color. Couple hours to do, my cylinder came with a collar around dessicant chamber, not reused. Upon startup this AM, car immediately lifted up much faster rate. Old cylinder looked pretty clean, piston ring the main problem, but for all involved, buy a brand new cylinder, start fresh. Performance: Changed a rear strut in June badly leaking. Tonight's test showed very smooth ride, no jarring from road intruding, very competent handling as expected of a Jaguar. Nice to know that Andy is there to assist. A fine bargain from my vantage point, much to savor and relish.

New car ride/handling. With the Fla. rebuilder, (RMT), Andy, I am keeping air suspension on 2004 xj8 forever. All cars should be on air. What year are we in?
