2006 XJ8 VDP

Got a couple of codes I need help with please...

B1671....Batt Module voltage out of range.....where is module and what is the range that it should be in ?

B2363 opt sensor failed.......what and where ?

According to the info I have:

Code - B1671

Fault
Battery voltage out of range from Air Suspension Module

Possible Causes
Charging system low / high voltage fault
Battery power supply circuit: high resistance



Code - B2363

Fault
Rain sensing module signal circuit fault from FEM.

Possible Causes
Rain sensing module signal circuit: open circuit, short circuit to
ground, short circuit to B+ voltage
Rain sensing module failure

Have you tried clearing them to see if they come back?

 

Hi u102768, Thanks for the quick response......This was my first attempt to use my new scanner. As usual I did not read the manual till last night....after I had looked to see what codes were listed.....Will get in to it this weekend and as you suggest try and clear the codes.

Cleared the codes, ran the car and all is well......Thank You.
