Default Re-flashing modules with IDS/SDD?

My question is specific to the X400, X350 & X202.

JaguarVoice, Phone/PSE, SatNav DVD drive, Premium Sound Amp, etc.

JaguarVoice

There are country (probably language) specific versions of the Voice module, is it possible/necessary to;

1. Re-flash a Voice module to change the language?
2. Re-flash an older module to have the newest firmware?

Phone Module

I guess there would have been some updates to the Phone module, can it be re-flashed to the latest version?

SatNav DVD Drive & Premium Sound Amp

Same again, is it possible & would it bring any benefit?

Other Modules

I assume that when a car goes in for service, all available software/firmware updates would be loaded into the cars various modules?

Basically I'm wondering if during the next service i should specifically ask for all possible modules to be re-flashed to the latest revision. (TBH it sounds a little risky, if it aint broke don't fix it....?)

And re the Voice, if I could pick up a "cheap" older module, would it be possible to change the language (e.g. from German to Australian English) & have the latest software in it?
