Question Bonnet z mount flag holders

Hi
Has anyone had experience in mounting a flag holder on the bonnet?

As the car is aluminum it would appear that the magnetic ones are not an option.

Thanks

Magnetic won't work but there are screw-on ones
Chrome Z-Mount Diplomat Car Flag Pole|FlagsOnCars.com
...at a ridiculous price I see.

I'd just bend up a bit of wire, but then I'm quite a ways from being a Diplomat and I guess you wouldn't want it falling off when meeting The President.
Strangely my A180 has non-magnetic hood and front guards (rest is steel), but then I guess a Diplomat wouldn't be seen dead in an A180.
